IMPORTANT: Bugspain 2010 canceled

by Rolando on May.13, 2010, under News

BUGSPAIN´S OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT

The organisation Bugspain announces the cancellation of the event previously scheduled for the 25th, 26th and 27th of June 2010.

This decision was made based on poor sales of advance tickets. The proximity of the event forces us to cancel as we can not guarantee a good show, with sufficient numbers of people so that our sponsors, partners and distributors can benefit from their investment in Bugspain.

We are sorry about this but feel, that we had to come to this decision as we are aware of the hard work and enthusiasm that many people were putting into this event, starting with all the sponsors and collaborators, Motorland Aragon staff, fans in and out of our borders, and anonymous people who helped us create the Website, advertising designs, people promoting the event as volunteers, people finding sponsors, etc… We want to thank all of you but also tell you that this is nothing more than a stop on the way, we hope to continue the project soon, in better economic times and that this and last year’s effort will be rewarded with a new meeting for classic Volkswagen enthusiasts in the near future.

All those who have bought tickets in advance can get a refund in the same way they bought the ticket originally. If there are any questions or queries regarding this matter, please contact us via E-mail at:  info@bugspain.com

Yours sincerely,

Rolando Villa, Lluis Alemany and Joana Massanet
